As a filmmaker I wanted to tell a story that was not just about cultures colliding - but the space that is created when they meet. I also wanted to explore the drama that arises when two people who would never be in each others orbit - a white gay man and a middle aged Pakistani woman - are thrown together by a shared tragedy.
Making the film as been a great experience and I could not have done it without the support of so many talented people. I can't wait for everyone to see it!
